Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing skills across settings. You design and deliver personalized rehab plans, collaborate with patients and families, and measure outcomes to improve independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or ASHA‑approved equivalent.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver rehab plans to help patients communicate and swallow.
• Ensure effective and efficient delivery of speech-language pathology services.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and peers to promote independence.
• Move between settings, report to meetings, and maintain equipment and documentation.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
