Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Glendive, MT seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations, including community outreach at local public schools.

This permanent, full-time, non-exempt role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with benefits after initial days and a 401(k) with company match. MT license and BLS are required; ASHA preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology or related field.
• Active Montana SLP license and BLS certification required; ASHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Educate patients and families about results and options.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and outside agencies.
• Document visits accurately and report findings.
• Provide services at local public schools in Glendive.
