Qualifications

  • Current Montana Speech Language Pathology license.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Advanced certification in one of BCS-S, FEES, MBSImP, VFSS.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced, individualized treatment plans for medically complex patients.
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations across physical, cognitive, and communication domains.
  • Utilize instrumental assessments and specialty techniques (based on certification and experience).
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices.
  • Serve as a mentor and clinical resource for team members.
  • Lead and participate in interdisciplinary care coordination for complex cases.

Speech Language Pathologist

Kalispell, Montana. Full-Time (40 hours/week). Day Shift.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
  • Current Montana Speech Language Pathology license
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Advanced certification in one of the following: BCS-S, FEES, MBSImP, VFSS
  • Proven ability to independently manage high-acuity and medically complex cases
  • BLS (RQI Provider) within 7 days of hire (or prior to independent patient care)

Shift

Day Shift – 10 Hours (United States of America). Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 10-hour day shifts. Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
