Home health occupational therapy provides a unique opportunity to help patients regain independence with daily activities and safely function in the environment where they live and thrive.
Our therapists maintain manageable caseloads, typically seeing 5–7 patients per day, with thoughtfully designed geographic territories that minimize travel and support work-life balance. As part of Corewell Health West, our VNA team is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care across Ottawa County and surrounding communities.
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
