Our Visiting Nurses Association (VNA) is the Home Care Team serving West Michigan. We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team supporting patients across West Michigan, specifically Big Rapids, Reed City, and surrounding areas. This role offers a high level of autonomy, allowing clinicians to practice at the top of their license while delivering care in patients’ homes. Our therapists maintain manageable caseloads, typically seeing 5–7 patients per day, with thoughtfully designed geographic territories that minimize travel and support work‑life balance. As part of Corewell Health West, our VNA team is committed to delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care across Ottawa County and surrounding communities.
