Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support both adult and pediatric patients in two outpatient clinics: Bayside, Queens and Great Neck. The role offers flexible scheduling within a full- or part-time framework, with a focus on comprehensive therapy plans.

The ideal candidate is licensed or eligible in New York, capable of evaluating diverse cases including Aphasia, Dysphagia, and cognitive communication disorders, and comfortable counseling families on

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in NY or eligible.
• Experience with Aphasia, Dysphagia, pediatrics and related disorders.
• Ability to develop and implement customized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and diagnose speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers on home exercises.
• Work across outpatient clinics in Bayside, Queens, and Great Neck.
