Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across age groups in accordance with department policies. The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and a current or provisional SLP license in the state of practice.

ASHA certification within 1 year of hire and BLS certification are required, with emergency responsiveness a must.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current or provisional Speech Language Pathologist license in applicable state.
• One year of experience preferred; experience with patients of all ages preferred.
• ASHA certification within 1 year of hire; BLS certification required; must be able to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and deliver comprehensive individualized treatment plans.
• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures regarding referrals.
• Provide patient-centered care across diverse ages and needs.
