Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and ASHA CCC.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations and treatment planning.
• Develop individualized therapy programs and discharge plans.
