Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Maryland clinical license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certification for Speech-Language Pathology.
• Ability to assess resident needs and develop a comprehensive plan of care.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• SLP Clinical Fellowship welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document a thorough assessment of residents to determine communicative deficits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on evaluations.
• Complete documentation in residents' medical records after each session.
• Revise treatment plans based on resident progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and families to maximize residents' functional abilities.
