Job summary

Therapy & Beyond in Fort Worth is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide clinic-based speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients. The role is on-site at the Fort Worth clinic, with 30-minute sessions and collaborative care with BCBA, OT, and clinical directors.

Master's in SLP required, CCC preferred, Texas license, and experience with ASD encouraged. Benefits include medical/vision/dental, 401k, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred
• Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state board
• Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism

Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
• Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress

Within this role, our Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!

This role is on-site at our Fort Worth clinic!

Compensation: By session + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.
