Job summary

Therapy & Beyond in Fort Worth is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide clinic-based ABA services. You will assess, plan, and deliver 1:1 SLP sessions with pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, collaborating with BCBA supervisors and OTs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communications Disorders.
• ASHA CCC preferred.
• Unencumbered Texas license to practice.
• Preferably 3+ years working directly with children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments/evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric/adolescent patients with ASD.
• Provide 1:1 direct SLP services within 30-minute sessions.
• Co-treat with BCBA, OTs, and Clinical Directors.
• Consult with parents/caregivers on treatment progress.

Education

Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders

ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)

Texas state licensure

3+ years experience with Autism (preferred)

Within this role, ourSpeech and Language Pathologist (SLP)willwork in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!

This role is on-site at ourFort Worthclinic!

Compensation: By session + uncapped biweekly bonus potential. Primary Responsibilities:

• Assessments/evaluations
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism SpectrumDisorder (ASD)
• Providing1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
• Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and ClinicalDirectors
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patientprogress

Flexible Options:We also offerpart-time positionsfor qualified candidates seeking flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHApreferred
• Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texasstate board
• Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
