Job summary

ProCare in Altoona, PA seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide outpatient and Early Intervention services. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and guiding families and caregivers in therapy techniques and home exercises.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
• Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
• Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
• Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP.

ProCare continues to grow and we are looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Altoona, PA. Treatment setting will include outpatient and Early Intervention. Caseload demographics include: Aphasia, Dysphagia, Pediatrics, Cognitive Communication Disorders, AAC use, etc.
