Job summary

Keystone Health seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric development team at the Waynesboro location. You’ll work with children ages 0–21, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver family-centered care in a supportive environment.

You will provide evidence-based therapy, engage families for carryover, and participate in program growth, with a welcome sign-on bonus and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience preferred; however, new graduates/clinical fellows are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language pathology services to pediatric patients (0–21).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Engage families/caregivers to support therapy goals and carryover at home.
• Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives.
