Job description

We are seeking a licensed and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team, providing high-quality, family-centered care to children and their caregivers.

• Flexible scheduling: Full-time or part-time (minimum of 5 clients per week)
• Client population: Primarily children with autism, language delays, apraxia, and AAC users
• Service area: Cumberland, Dauphin, and/or Perry counties
• Model of care: Early Intervention services use a coaching-based approach, empowering caregivers with strategies to support their child’s development in everyday routines

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Speech Therapist
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must be able to obtain required clearances (FBI through DHS, PA Criminal Background Check, and Child Abuse Clearance)
