Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Monroe, Wisconsin team. This full-time, daytime role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders with a supportive leadership team.

We welcome candidates with a Master's in SLP, valid state licensure and CCC-SLP, and at least 1 year of experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, licensure reimbursement, life insurance, STD/LTD, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
