Continuum Therapy Partners in Plymouth, Wisconsin is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a clinician-led network that emphasizes responsive care. This PRN role involves evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders in diverse patient populations.

The position requires a Master’s degree in SLP, an active state license, and CCC-SLP credentials, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:
