Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Asheville, NC seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing network of facilities. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and educate patients and families.

The role is full-time, daytime schedule at GreenTree Health & Rehab or Grove Park Health & Rehab in Asheville. We offer a full benefits package, 401(k) with company match, licensure reimbursement, life insurance and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required; CF with provisional license considered.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required. Will also consider a Clinical Fellow (CF) with provisional license.

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
