Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role in Washington. You will work with patients to enhance communication and swallowing across hospital-based settings (IP/OP mix).

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, either CCC-SLP or CFY, and a WA license with BLS certification. A flexible 40-hour week and potential sign-on or retention bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CFY completed; CCC-SLP preferred, CFY considered if CCC-SLP not yet achieved.
• Active Washington State SLP license required to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in hospital-based settings with a 50/50 IP/OP mix.
• Experience performing instrumental and bedside swallow evaluations; imaging-based swallow assessments preferred.
• Willingness to treat all populations, including pediatrics.
• Full-time, 40 hours/week with a flexible schedule.
• Up to $15,000 Career Bonus distributed over the first three years; may be retention, sign-on, student loan repayment, or professional development.
• On-site fees for services are supported.
• Direct hire with potential access to additional benefits through the client and Jackson Therapy Partners.

• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
