Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time outpatient role in Kentucky. You will work with pediatric through early-adult patients to improve communication and swallowing in a multidisciplinary setting.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CFY and CCC from ASHA, and an active Kentucky SLP license, with EMR experience and collaboration with ABA, OT, and mental health teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed CFY and current CCC from ASHA.
• Active Kentucky state SLP license to start.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred and 1:1 caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to pediatric through early-adult patients to improve communication and swallowing.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including ABA, SLP, OT, and mental health professionals.
• Utilize EMR systems to document patient progress and outcomes.
• Be willing to travel between clinic locations within the region.

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced SLP to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll work with pediatric through early-adult patients to improve communication and swallowing, making a real difference in their daily lives.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active Kentucky state SLP license is required to start the position
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred. Caseloads are primarily 1:1 and may include children with behavioral needs.
• Comfort working in an outpatient pediatric clinic that supports ABA, SLP, OT, and mental health services
• Experience with EMR systems
• Willingness to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and manage variable behaviors in a child-friendly manner
