Job summary

Froedtert Health in Menomonee Falls, WI, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive services at our Froedtert Men Falls Hospital facility. This on‑site role requires evaluating patients, designing treatment plans, implementing therapy, and documenting progress within the Rehabilitation Services department.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Wisconsin state licensure, CCC eligibility, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• State of Wisconsin license in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC certification required or must be obtained within 18 months of hire.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech therapy services to patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and document treatment programs.
• Collaborate with Rehabilitation Services team to enhance patient care.
• Adhere to department policies and participate in ongoing training.

Job Summary:
The Speech/Language Pathologist provides comprehensive speech therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned. (U)-

American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
