Job summary

Froedtert Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive therapy services in our on-site rehab facility in Wauwatosa. This 1.0 FTE role requires direct patient care, assessment, planning, implementation and documentation of treatment programs.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in Speech Pathology, Wisconsin licensure and ASHA CCC within 18 months, plus BLS certification. The position offers weekends coverage per FTE requirements and a supportive rehab team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• State of Wisconsin licensure in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC from ASHA required or must be obtained within 18 months of hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and document patient care and treatment programs.
• Provide comprehensive speech therapy services to patients in rehabilitation.
• Participate in department activities to enhance patient care and programs.

Job Summary:
The Speech/Language Pathologist provides comprehensive speech therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned. (U)
