Job summary

Lyonsview Health and Rehab is hiring a Speech Therapist (SLP) to plan, develop, and direct Speech-Language Pathology services in accordance with current standards and regulations. A $5000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time staff.

The role includes providing therapy, developing treatment plans, documenting in NetHealth EMR, and coordinating FEES/MBS protocols to ensure high-quality resident care. Eligible candidates hold a Master's in SLP, CCC, and active state licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• CCC certification is required.
• Active SLP licensure in state(s) of practice is required.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals as appropriate.
• Evaluate and obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop treatment plans with target lists and goals (short and long term).
• Instruct patients, families, and staff in speech-language procedures for carryover.
• Complete CMS-compliant and medically necessary documentation in NetHealth EMR.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols and coordinate site programs.

Education

Certificate of Clinical Competency
