Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license or CFY eligibility in the state of employment.
• Experience in geriatric care or sub-acute/skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Strong documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy in sub-acute/skilled nursing setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation with MS Office and EHRs.
• Demonstrate flexibility with hours and team-oriented approach.
