Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Texas active licensure.
• CCC or CFY eligibility required.
• Experience with elementary and secondary student populations.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based SLP practices.
• Willingness to supervise SLPAs when needed.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Adaptable to hybrid, on-site, and virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop IEPs.
• Deliver direct therapy, mainly at the elementary level with some secondary sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team reviews.
• Supervise SLPAs as needed, providing mentorship and oversight.
• Adapt to a hybrid schedule balancing on-site and virtual responsibilities.
