Job summary

Soliant is partnering with a local school district near San Antonio, TX to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract role serves high school students with speech and language needs and requires collaboration with teachers, families, and staff under IEPs.

Candidates must hold a current SLP license; CCC-SLP is highly preferred. School-based experience is desired, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Current and valid SLP license.
• CCC-SLP certification highly preferred.
• Experience in a school-based speech-language setting.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, though not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy services to high school students in accordance with IEPs.
• Administer timely assessments and record documentation of student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student growth and ensure compliance with educational plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student review sessions.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records as required by policies and best practices.
