Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have ASHA CCC or be eligible to obtain within one year of hire.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Iowa.
• BLS certification or obtained within three months of hire.
• Complete Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation and treatment of patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing deficits.
• Delivers ongoing speech/language therapy to patients of diverse ages and families.
• Maintains documentation and discharge planning per hospital policy; collaborates with the care team.

Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
