Mercyhealth is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized care plans, and document services with accurate coding. You will collaborate with nursing, physicians, and rehabilitation staff to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient education, and participation in performance improvement. Willingness to travel to cross-coverage sites and complete required licensure is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensed as a speech language pathologist in WI, IL, or both if required.
• CCC from ASHA (Certification of Clinical Competence).
• CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

• Evaluate and assess using evidence-based standards to design an effective care plan.
• Apply critical thinking and integrative treatment to improve patient function.
• Maintain thorough documentation with proper coding and billing.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and referring providers to optimize outcomes.
