Health Here seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations. You will develop individualized therapy plans, use standardized assessments, and monitor progress.

Applicants should hold a state license, current BLS, and preferably a Master’s degree with CCC-SLP certification. Strong teamwork and patient education skills are essential in a collaborative care setting.

Qualifications

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license per state regulations.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Preferred: Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, relevant experience or new graduates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessments and patient goals.
  • Utilize standardized assessments and clinical observations to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes accurately.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies, exercises, and safe swallowing practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety standards.
  • Engage in professional development and quality assurance activities.
  • Perform additional duties within scope of practice as needed.
