Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP certification.
• Current state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Ability to train and educate caregivers and staff on communication strategies and mealtime plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized speech and communication plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor dysphagia and mealtime guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Provide competency-based training to caregivers and staff.
