Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• Tennessee and Georgia Licensure required; 2+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, implement, and monitor dysphagia/mealtime guidelines and plans; assistive technology plans; and speech assessments.
• Function independently and as a team member; communicate effectively in writing and verbally; document client records.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss recommendations and interpretation of results.
• Coordinate care with school, medical, residential and day program staff; accompany clients to providers as needed.
• Provide staff training on mealtime plans, communication profiles, and assistive technology devices.
• Maintain current state licenses and follow payor guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
