Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and conducts evaluations for speech, language, voice, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Develops and implements written plans of care with measurable goals.
• Monitors progress and communicates outcomes to physicians and team members.
• Completes documentation and billing following policy and accreditation standards.
• Participates in patient discharge planning and education for home programs.
• Maintains safety, infection control, and department productivity standards.
• Supervises students and supports clinical education programs.
