Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for elementary-level caseloads in White Lake, Michigan. The role spans a full school-year with a Spring FMLA start.

You will share a caseload with an experienced part-time SLP and collaborate across general education, resource, and self-contained classrooms. Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP development, and delivering evidence-based therapy Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or in progress.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or eligibility is required.

We are excited to continue our partnership with a supportive district that is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support their elementary students. This role offers strong team collaboration, including sharing the caseload with an experienced part-time SLP. In this role you will support a mixed caseload of elementary students across general education, resource room, and self-contained classrooms. Ideal candidates will have prior school-based experience and will be comfortable working with students requiring higher levels of support.

Responsibilities

• · Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
• · Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
• · Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
• · Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• · Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• · Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
• · Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

• · Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
• · Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
• · Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
