Hourly Range: $45-$62/hour (W2, paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications.

We are excited to continue our partnership with a supportive district that is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support their elementary students. This role offers strong team collaboration, including sharing the caseload with an experienced part-time SLP. In this role you will support a mixed caseload of elementary students across general education, resource room, and self-contained classrooms. Ideal candidates will have prior school-based experience and will be comfortable working with students requiring higher levels of support.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
