Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support secondary students at Novi partnerships. This in-person school-based role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and delivery of direct and consult therapy services.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with Michigan licensure eligibility (LARA) and CCC-SLP. Experience with AAC is preferred and caseload includes AAC users.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or in progress.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support communication skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communications.
• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training.

Salary Range: $57,500 - $75,000 annualized salary (W2, paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for a full-time, in-person, Speech-Language Pathologist to support secondary students at one of our school partnerships in Novi, Michigan. In this role you will support middle school to transition aged students across self-contained classrooms. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support students with direct and consult therapy services. Ideal candidates will have prior school-based experience and will be comfortable working with students requiring higher levels of support. Several students on the caseload are AAC users, so a background in AAC is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
