Job summary

AnthroMed Education in Novi, Michigan is seeking a full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year to work alongside another SLP with upper elementary students. The caseload targets 5th–6th grade students across general education, resource, and self-contained settings, with a private office in each building.

We are looking for a full-time, in person, speech-language pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Novi, Michigan. You will work alongside another SLP in the building to provide direct and consultative therapy services to upper elementary students.

Caseload and Environment:

• Targeted Caseload: 5th-6th grade students
• Focus: Supporting learners across a wide range of abilities - including those in general education, resource room, and self-contained classrooms.
• Dedicated Space: You will have a private, dedicated office space in each building to conduct sessions and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
