Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026‑2027 school year in South Redford, MI. This full‑time, in‑person role serves students from Early Childhood through High School, collaborating with district SLPs to balance caseloads and support referrals/evaluations for early childhood needs.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and delivering evidence‑based therapy while maintaining thorough documentation and participating in team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Current state licensure in Michigan or eligibility.
  • CCC‑SLP certification from ASHA or eligibility.

Location: South Redford, MI

Start/End Date: 2026-2027 School Year

Grade Levels: Early Childhood to High School

Salary Range: $62,000 - $80,000 salary (paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a full‑time, in person, speech‑language pathologist for the 26‑27 school year. You will collaborate with the district's SLPs to navigate and coordinate caseloads so that they are distributed equally amongst the team. You would also help with Early Childhood referrals and evaluations. This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys a variety in their caseloads and is well versed at collaborating within a team. Part‑time applicants would also be considered (three days a week minimum).

Responsibilities
  • Provide full‑time speech and language therapy services, Monday‑Friday.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence‑based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC‑SLP.
