Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy and assessments in homes and community settings for children birth to 3. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support families with advocacy, referrals, and guidance.

The role includes supervising students and assistants and growing professionally through certification and ongoing training. Massachusetts licensure is required, with a strong emphasis on pediatric intervention.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Massachusetts.
• Experience with feeding, autism, or social communication preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check and driving record screening.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Early Intervention experience preferred but not required.

Bonus Available $1500.00 after 3 month and $3000.00 after 1 year of employment.

Full Time | Monday–Friday NO holidays or weekends!

$40.00 - $43.25 + (potential of earning 1K productivity incentive monthly)

What You'll Need:

• Licensed SLP in Massachusetts
• Experience with feeding, autism, or social communication preferred
• Passion for pediatric early intervention
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.
• Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.
• Early Intervention experience is preferred, but not required.
