Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in community health matters/projects as appropriate.
• Liaises with patients, families, and departments to plan for patient needs.
• Demonstrates good body mechanics and independent decision-making where warranted.
• Follows department programs, goals, policies, and procedures; maintains patient rights, safety, and sanitation.
