Job summary

Cole Pediatric Therapy in Humble, TX is seeking dedicated pediatric speech therapists to join our weekend team. You will design a flexible schedule to meet families’ needs while delivering high-quality therapy to children in a compassionate, collaborative setting.

With weekend hours and opportunities for growth, you’ll work with a supportive on-site team, mentoring from colleagues across disciplines, and a mission-driven environment dedicated to improving outcomes for young clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred.
• Active Texas State license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).

Compensation & Scheduling

$30/30 minute session ($60/hour) for therapy & $80/Evaluations

Shift Differential

• Saturday 3pm or later
• All day Sunday
• Increased rate of $40 per 30-minute session ($80/hour)

Hours & Availability

• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
• Greatest need: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Opportunity to grow into full-time availability
