Job summary

Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist for flexible, part-time afternoons in Schertz, TX. Work with a collaborative team to help children communicate and thrive in a family-centered setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas SLP license, prefer pediatric experience, and value mentorship, cross-discipline collaboration, and supportive growth opportunities. This role offers meaningful work with opportunities to grow without burnout.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP license required.
• Minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric clients in a flexible, part-time schedule.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and behavior analysts to support holistic care.
• Deliver meaningful sessions that help children communicate, connect, and thrive.
• Participate in mentorship and cross-discipline collaboration as available.

Contractor Compensation

• $45 per 30-minute therapy session
• $80 per evaluation

Ideal Availability

Our highest need is:

• Monday- Friday 3:00pm-7:00pm and Saturdays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
