Job summary

Cole Pediatric Therapy in Texas is seeking a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy during after-school hours (4:00 PM–7:00 PM) and evaluate children's communication needs. A Texas SLP license is required, with a passion for helping children find their voices and making a meaningful impact.

Opportunities to grow into full-time positions exist, alongside a collaborative, family-centered team and support across disciplines to enhance clinical skills and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric speech therapy is preferred.
• Active Texas State license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) required or in good standing.
• Passion for serving children and improving communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech therapy sessions after school hours (4:00 PM–7:00 PM).
• Collaborate with families and therapists to support child progress.
• Participate in on-site mentorship and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Compensation & Scheduling

Pay Rates:

• $30 per 30-minute therapy session
• $80 per evaluation

Hours & Availability:

• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
• Greatest need: After-school hours (4:00 PM–7:00 PM)
• Opportunity to grow into full-time availability
