Job summary

Cole Health in Houston is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality pediatric speech therapy services after school hours. You will work with a collaborative, family-centered team to support children0in their communication goals.

You will collaborate with an on-site cross-disciplinary team and mentor families, with opportunities for professional growth and mission-driven work. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance and ongoing skill development.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred.
• Active Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP).
• A heart for serving children and changing lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech therapy services.
• Collaborate with OT, SLP, PT and BCBA for support with challenging behaviors.
• Flexible scheduling and diverse pediatric population for well-rounded clinical experience.

Compensation & Scheduling

Pay Rates:

• $30 per 30-minute therapy session
• $80 per evaluation
• Shift Differential: Saturday 3pm or later
• Shift Differential: All day Sunday
• Increased rate of $40 per 30-minute session

Hours & Availability:

• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
• Greatest need: After-school hours (3:00 PM–7:00 PM)
• Opportunity to grow into full-time availability
