At Cole Pediatric Therapy, you’ll design a schedule that works for you while serving children in an environment built on encouragement, compassion, and empowerment. Every session is an opportunity to help a child find their voice—and to feel fulfilled doing work that matters.

Compensation & Scheduling - Option for either Contract/1099 or Pay Per Visit/W2

Pay Rates Contractor/1099:

• $30 per 30‑minute therapy session
• $80 per evaluation
• Shift Differential: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM; All day Saturday → Increased rate of $40 per 30‑minute session

Pay Per Visit/W-2 Rates:

• Ranges from $28–$38 per 30‑minute visit ($56–$76 per hour) based on years of experience and if monolingual or bilingual in Spanish/English.

Hours & Availability:

• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
• Greatest need: Monday & Wednesdays (3:00 PM–7:00 PM)
• Opportunity to grow into full‑time availability
