Job summary

Cole Pediatric Therapy in Houston, TX is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or SLP Intern with Texas licensure to join our team. We offer flexible scheduling (traditional 5 days, 8 hours; options for 4–9 hour days or 4–10 hour days) and both part-time or full-time opportunities.

We provide competitive compensation ($65,000–$85,000 annually for SLP, $50–$76/hour for Pay-Per-Visit) and a comprehensive benefits package, plus opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Compensation Options -Part-time or Fulltime positions -

We offer multiple ways to join based on your preferences and career goals:

W-2 / Hourly Positions:

• SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000–$85,000 annually
• Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000–$90,000 annually

W-2/ Pay-Per-Visit (Optional):

• SLP: $50–$76/hour (Based on experience and bilingual status)

Qualified Candidates for this Speech Therapy position shall have the following:

• Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (Can be during student internships or as a CF)
• Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required
