Job summary

Heritage Oaks in Georgia is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. You will deliver patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility setting, using evidence-based practices to support communication and swallowing goals.

You’ll collaborate with the Rehabilitation Director and interdisciplinary colleagues, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in ongoing education to uphold our high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Georgia SLP license required.
• Two years experience in skilled nursing facility rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support activities in skilled nursing facility and Rehabilitation Services.
• Provide patient-centered speech-language pathology services.
• Collaborate with Rehabilitation Director and multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and documentation.
