Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team. The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Georgia licensure, with preferred experience in skilled nursing facility rehab settings.

You will collaborate with the Rehabilitation Director and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care, ensure compliant documentation, and promote quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unrestricted Georgia license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• Prefer 2 years experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment.
