Platinum Therapy is seeking multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Coachella, CA. This is an in-person, school-based opportunity working directly with students and collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success.

As a School-Based SLP, you will provide speech and language services to students with a variety of communication needs. You will evaluate students, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, and work closely with school teams to help students make progress toward their IEP goals.
Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide engaging, student-centered speech therapy services
Support students in achieving their IEP goals
Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other members of the educational team
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning as needed
Create a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for students
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current California SLP license or eligibility for California licensure
Strong understanding of pediatric speech, language, and communication development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a school-based team
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
$65–$95 per hour, based on experience
