Platinum Therapy is seeking multiple Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologists for in-person/hybrid school-based positions in Elk Grove, CA.

Position Summary

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students in a school-based setting. You will work closely with students, families, educators, and other professionals to support communication development and help students make meaningful progress toward their IEP goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, student-centered speech and language therapy.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Strong understanding of pediatric speech, language, and communication development.
• Experience with IEPs and school-based service delivery preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Early intervention experience is a plus.
