Job summary

Platinum Therapy seeks multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Coachella, CA. This in-person, school-based role involves evaluating students, creating treatment plans, delivering therapy, and collaborating with educators and families to help students succeed.

You will work within a supportive interdisciplinary team, address IEP goals, maintain documentation, and participate in meetings. California SLP license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California SLP license or eligibility for California licensure.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech, language, and communication development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a school-based team.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, student-centered speech therapy services.
• Support students in achieving their IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other members of the educational team.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning as needed.
