Job summary
LTC Therapy Services in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for full-time CFY opportunities. You will assess residents, provide individualized therapy for communication, cognition, and swallowing, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support everyday functioning.
We offer CFY supervision, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), CEU reimbursement, parental leave, disability insurance, and an unlimited referral bonus of up to $1,000 per successful referral.
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship in Massachusetts
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- New graduates seeking a CFY placement are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' abilities and identify priorities for treatment
- Provide individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy
- Teach strategies residents and care staff can use during daily routines
- Review progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Document services and coordinate recommendations with the interdisciplinary team
